Christine Davis , Fellow of the Cutter Business Technology Council

Christine Davis is a Fellow of the Cutter Business Technology Council; Senior Consultant with the Cutter Consortium's Business-IT Strategies and Enterprise Risk Management & Governance practices; and an independent consultant with a broad base of experience in management, engineering and product development. She served as a senior executive for Texas Instruments and at Raytheon (from 1993 through 2000), where she had profit and loss responsibility as the general manager for its sensors and electronic systems businesses, a $3 billion business.
Ms. Davis has been a member of the US Army Science Board and the Department of Defense Software Best Practices-Airlie Software Council. She has a strong technical background with extensive software development, project management, information technology and engineering management experience. Ms. Davis is President of Crishele Consulting, Visiting Scientist for Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute, and is the chairperson for the Software Engineering Institute Board of Visitors.
