Copyeditor
Cutter Consortium has an immediate opening for a full-time copyeditor with strong desktop publishing skills. Responsibilities include copyediting monthly journals and reports for content, clarity, grammar, consistency, and style; laying out publications in Quark XPress; creating figures and graphics in various drawing programs; and more. Extensive knowledge of Quark, MS Office, and Adobe Illustrator on the PC is essential. The ideal candidate has editorial experience, knowledge of the IT industry, works well as a member of a team, is able to work under deadline pressure, can juggle multiple tasks, and has strong attention to detail.

Sales Representative/Account Manager
Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts as well as renew and up-sell existing Fortune 1000 clients worldwide across entire product line, which includes: print and online subscription-based advisory and publication services, training, workshops, and consulting. Most work done via phone and email (virtually no travel).
Requirements: 1-3+ yrs successfully selling IT products or services. We're looking for someone who is smart, creative, energetic, enthusiastic, and organized, and who enjoys building relationships with clients. Must be a tenacious and motivated self-starter, willing to do what it takes to succeed in a flexible yet demanding environment. Specific experience selling IT information services is a plus!
